Yatala Wehera

Built on a stage that is made of granite, this stupa is situated in Debaraweva.The elephant head sculptures on the walls outside the stupa is an interesting detail of the stupa. You can see a large moonstone at the entrance of the Yatala Wehera that has built 2300 years ago. This is a place you must visit on the way to Kataragama.
